A Gentle, Rooted Approach to Healing and Parenting with Presence

A woman wears a tank top and holds a small green heart-shaped leaf over her chest.

As a mom and stepmom, I know how easy it is to lose your center while trying to be everything to everyone.

In our work together, I create a space where you can put the invisible load down for a while: a space that’s grounded, calm, and deeply validating—where your thoughts, emotions and story are safe.

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment-based therapy, inner child work, and gentle parenting principles with evidence-based emotional regulation and healing tools. I’m especially attuned to how unresolved wounds from our own families of origin can resurface in motherhood—and how powerful it is when we finally begin to break those patterns with compassion.

You don’t have to be a “perfect” mom to feel like a good one.

Whether you’re navigating postpartum, stepfamily dynamics, stress, or the messy middle of it all, I’m here to help you:

> Understand your triggers and calm overwhelm

> Build more peaceful, connected relationships with your children

> Let go of perfectionism and release guilt

> Reconnect with your own needs, identity, and voice

I work with an attachment-informed lens and meet you where you are. Some days that might mean untangling deep-rooted patterns. Other days, it’s helping you breathe through another tough morning.

You’re not broken. You’re doing your best. And that’s a beautiful place to begin.
