Couples Therapy

Are you and your partner arguing more? Has infidelity occurred? Has trust in the relationship been broken?

Sometimes we need a third objective party to help us navigate struggles in our relationships. I seek to provide an unbiased, neutral environment to help identify potential downfalls and unhealthy patterns which may have developed in the relationship, while offering validation and support to each partner. Based on you and your partner's goals for therapy, couples counseling may provide techniques and strategies for creating healthy communication patterns among you and your partner, a stronger sense of trust and emotional safety in the relationship, and help build or foster emotional connection.
