My primary approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), although in my clinical experience I have utilized many other techniques under the therapeutic umbrella such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Multisystemic Therapy (MST), behavioral therapy techniques, and more. My integrative approach has expanded my skillset to better personalize the therapeutic experience to each client's individual needs.
